2. Express Services (DHL/FedEx)
Available for order total shipping weight 2KG and more. Offers faster delivery times, ideal for urgent shipments. The shipping charge is based on the greater of the parcel's actual weight or its volumetric weight, calculated with the formula: (L x W x H in cm) / 5000 = Volumetric Weight (KG).
Shipping costs for Express Services are regressive, meaning the cost per 0.5kg decreases as the parcel weight or order size increases. This cost structure generally makes it more economical for larger orders or heavy parcels.
Ideal For: Fast delivery, better for larger shipments, but with potential customs fees.
3. Postal Channel (HKPost)
A suitable option for locations not covered by MochiFLY. Ideal For customers in regions outside MochiFLY’s coverage, looking for a basic shipping solution.
